Hourly/Monthly/Annual Salary View in Oracle HRMS

The following article details the standard out of box feature in Oracle HRMS where we can see the Houly, Payroll, Monthly and Anuall Salary details of an employee along with the details of Salary change and review dates since the employee has joined the organization.

N:  HRMS Manager > View > Histories > Salary

This opens up the Assignment folder with three options (Current, Past & Both)
Current for Exiting employees; Past for Terminated Employee and Both is a combination. In the query mode enter the Employee Name and run search.



Once the employee record has been pulled up, hit the Salary History Button. The application opens the Salary History form with details of change date, reasons, currency and other relevant details. Scrolling further to the right side gives the hourly, payroll, monthly, and annual break out of the salary for the employee.



This is the best out of box feature in R12 as the salary management is now in OA pages and customizing these pages for a requirement of salary view (hourly, monthly and/or annual) would be tedious.
